We’re not kidding, thanks to the smart & self-service concept, you can feel like Beauty in an abandoned castle in the Bylo Nebylo apartment building.
The house communicates with you using signs and instructions, and a PIN will let you in everywhere you need to go.

Before Arrival

From booking to arrival, all communication with the staff takes place online or by phone – so you won’t have to wait at the reception desk, you can resolve everything before arrival. Thanks to the Alfred app and QR payments, there is no cash register in the apartment building, just bring your smartphone.

When You Arrive at the Apartments

When you arrive, you are completely independent, you already have the room keys (PIN) on your phone. You can check in with us anytime after 4:00 PM and check out anytime before 10:00 AM. But as in other situations, if you arrange it with us, and if it’s at all possible, we will be happy to accommodate you and adjust the time. In addition, there is no risk of losing the keys or looking for them somewhere or having to pass them between you.

Self-service

You can make your own coffee in the coffee machine, pour your own beer, cook in the fully equipped kitchen in your apartment, and if you’re missing something, you’ll probably find it in the self-service bar. It’s simply like arriving at your own cottage.

The smart system in the apartment building helps save time and energy; we control the heating and sauna remotely. You will have maximum comfort even without any staff in the building.

You won’t meet a receptionist or staff here, but despite that, you will feel pampered and cared for during your stay.

Ready to Help Anytime

Don’t worry about any problems or snags, we are prepared for those in advance. We can solve most problems over the phone. However, should something unusual arise that we cannot handle over the phone, we have excellent people in reserve who will come and solve the problem. So you can be sure that even though you are completely independent, you are not alone in anything.
