The apartments are self-catering and fully equipped, so you can practice your culinary skills during your stay. And you certainly don't have to worry about anyone sticking their nose in your pot. If you don't feel like cooking, you can head to the surrounding area – we have several restaurants and shops here.

Parking in the Garage

The apartment building includes a garage with a capacity of 4 parking spaces. In addition to cars, strollers can also be parked in the garage. There is a charger for electric cars in the garage.

The garage also includes a ski storage room and a bike storage room. In the bike storage room, you will find sockets where you can charge your electric bike (you need to bring your own charger).

  • If you want to park in the garage, you need to reserve a space in advance.
  • The fee for the garage is 50 CZK / night (subject to change, the price at the time of ordering the service applies).
  • The fee for charging the car is 10 CZK / 1 kWh.

 

Parking in Front of the Building

However, you don’t have to worry about not having a place to park your car if the garage is full. You can also park in front of the apartment building, where there are another 5 parking spaces.

Another 10 parking spaces can be found 20 meters from the apartment building on a maintained municipal area. Outdoor parking is free.

Ski and Bike Storage

You can find the ski and bike storage in our garage. In the summer, you can park your bikes here and even charge your e-bikes. You can inflate your tires with a foot pump.

There is one adult bike available for free rental. For example, for a morning trip to get fresh rolls at Obchůdek U Školy.

In the winter, you can leave your skis, snowboards, bobsleds, cross-country skis, sleds here to dry, and your ski boots and more will dry on the dryer.

Several bobsleds and “jezdíky” (small sleds) or shovels 🙂 are available for rent in the winter.

 

Conference and Social Rooms

Studio ’20 on the Ground Floor
It might surprise you, but we really can fit conference rooms here. If you rent the entire house, we will prepare a meeting room for you in apartment ’20 on the ground floor. You can project presentations from a projector or on a television screen. Seating and tables can be adapted to your needs.

In addition to a meeting room, the ground floor studio can also be used as a room for exercise or as a social room. It also serves perfectly as a room for a buffet during weddings or celebrations.

Conference in the Garage
We’re not kidding, it really is possible to organize a team building event in our garage. The entire space is adapted for both parking cars and for these occasions. The walls are painted white, so it is possible to project onto them from a projector. It can accommodate up to 50 seated people at a time.

The conference room in the garage is functional in the warmer season (from mid-April to mid-October) because it is not heated. During this period, the garage can also be used as a covered dance floor during celebrations and weddings.

Pets

Accommodation with dogs and other pets can be booked in several of our apartments. Accommodation with animals is possible in apartments ’20, ’60 or ’70. Other apartments are closed to animals due to the possible spread of allergens.

Pet accommodation fee: CZK 300 / night (may vary, the price at the time of booking the service applies). The fee covers the costs of subsequent cleaning/hair removal of apartments and wear and tear of furniture.

Dogs and walks

There are several places around the house to walk your dog:

  • You can solve a quick walk 50 m from the house, see map. You will walk a short distance on the other side of the road to the parking lot and from there down to the Jizerka River. It is a 300 m long path under the road, along the water.
  • For a longer walk from 500 m to 1 km with an elevation gain of 50–125 m, you can go to the meadow above our house, see map.
  • Alternatively, we recommend a circuit 4.5 km long with an elevation gain of 230 m, see map.

 

Please do not walk dogs in the immediate vicinity of the house. The garden is not intended for this purpose. Always cross to the other side of the road. Thank you for us and other guests.

Don’t forget to pick up after your pets if they are in sight or in the way (even in the forest). Thank you!

Children’s Set

Are you planning a family vacation with a baby, toddler, or schoolchild? You don’t have to bring all the baby equipment with you. We will prepare everything you need for your stay with a child directly in your apartment. To prepare everything, please let us know as soon as possible.

What will we prepare for you?
Upon your arrival, you will have all the children’s items prepared in the apartment to make your and your child’s stay more pleasant.

  • Baby cot with a normal mattress and bedding. (Spare bedding in case of an accident can be found in the box in the laundry room.)
  • Portable changing table
  • Bathtub for the shower, in which you can comfortably wash your baby
  • High chair for sitting (Ikea classic)
  • Potty and a child’s toilet seat
  • Stool for the sink, etc.

Self-service Laundry

Fortune favors the prepared, and at Bylo Nebylo, we are prepared for all sorts of contingencies. We know very well what it means to pack for a vacation with small children, and we also know how much laundry little rascals can get dirty in a day. To ensure you can enjoy your vacation with us in peace and comfort, without having to transport your entire wardrobe, we have a solution for you.

In the apartment building, you will find a small shared laundry room on the 2nd floor, where everything you might need for washing is ready for you.

  • 1× Samsung washing machine with automatic detergent dispensing
  • 1× Samsung dryer
  • laundry detergent is ready in the washing machine
  • in the laundry room, you will find spare bedding for an adult bed and a cot in case of an accident
  • there is also an ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, clothespins, and laundry baskets

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Would you like to arrive earlier or stay a little longer? Call us, and if possible, we will be happy to accommodate you. You can purchase the service by prior arrangement with us in the Alfred app.

We always try to accommodate our guests as much as possible, but if it is not possible due to capacity reasons, we will be happy to store your luggage, or allow you to change and shower in the sauna area so that you can enjoy your departure day as much as possible.
