Refundable Deposit
- If we find something to address during the apartment check, we will call immediately to discuss it together.
- If there is no problem, we will send the refundable deposit back to the same account number from which it was sent, no later than 7 days.
Reviews
Dear guests, reviews are crucial for us. Firstly, your rating lets other guests know what to expect, and at the same time, it gives us feedback. We take your opinion seriously, every compliment warms us and motivates us to further improve the entire property, every constructive criticism moves us towards perfection. We honestly read and address every review.
However, we want to ask you – please submit your rating thoughtfully. Every point you don’t give us lowers the overall rating and can cause us quite a bit of trouble. If you were satisfied, don’t be afraid to give the full number of points. You are not comparing accommodations, you are evaluating the current experience. Sure, sometimes you might find something somewhere that might be better. But this “maybe” that prevents you from giving full points doesn’t actually reflect reality. You won’t go back to the review to edit it after you have other experiences elsewhere. 🙂
