Modern duplex apartment on the 2nd floor is ideal for accommodating groups of friends or families with older children. The bedroom with 4 beds is located on the upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, which may be challenging for smaller children. Access to the children's playroom is included in the stay.

In the duplex apartment, the lower floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable living room, where you can use the sofa bed as an extra bed for 2 people. On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with high-quality custom-made beds. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
For your comfortable, castle-like sleep, the following are provided:

• 2× double bed 180×200
• 1× extra bed on the sofa bed 140×200 in the living room

Quality sleep is crucial for a perfect rest, which is why all beds in the apartment are custom-made, so you don't have to worry about them collapsing or squeaking at night. The sofa bed extra is from Ikea and is also very comfortable.

Mattresses and bedding are sourced from trusted Czech manufacturers. High, airy mattresses with 7 anatomical zones from Tropico ensure you wake up refreshed and ready for the next adventure.

Hypoallergenic, soft, and warm hollow-fiber bedding from Brotex provides comfort for pleasant sleep in both winter and summer. 100% smooth cotton bed linen from Ložní povlečení feels very pleasant to the touch.

Spare bed linen can be found in one of the dressers for any occasion.

Equipped Kitchen and Cozy Living Room
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and feel at home or at a cottage. It includes a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer for storing groceries. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. If you find something missing while cooking, feel free to stop by our self-service bar.

The kitchen with dining area is part of the living room, designed for enjoyable evenings with family or friends. There is a satellite TV with Wi-Fi connection and a comfortable sofa.

Bathroom
The bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink is equipped with enough toilet paper for the entire stay, quality hand soap, and shampoo with shower gel. Additionally, you will find a hairdryer and towels.

Smart Storage Spaces
On vacation, you need space to store belongings and luggage. The apartment offers plenty of storage. We focus on functionality and ergonomics, combining closed storage (for “home” items) with open storage (for ventilation and drying clothes). Bikes or skis can be stored outside the room in the ski/bike storage.
