A modernly furnished duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It is suitable for accommodation with older children or groups of friends. The bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed via an internal staircase, which may be challenging for smaller children. Pets are allowed in the apartment. Access to the children's playroom is included in the price of the stay.

Room Facilities
On the lower floor of the duplex, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable living room, while the upper floor features a bedroom with 4 high-quality custom-made beds. A bathroom with a shower is also included.
For your comfortable sleep like in a castle, the apartment offers:

• 2× low single beds 90×200 under a sloping roof
• 1× extra bed on a sofa bed 140×200 in the living room

We understand how important quality sleep is, which is why the bedroom is equipped with custom-made beds. The extra bed in the living room was purchased from Ikea, but it is also very comfortable.

Mattresses and bedding come from trusted Czech manufacturers. Tall, breathable mattresses with 7 anatomical zones from Tropico ensure that you wake up refreshed and ready for new mountain adventures.

Hypoallergenic, soft, and warm bedding made of hollow fiber from Brotex provides comfort for a pleasant sleep in both winter and summer. Bed linen made of 100% smooth cotton from Ložní povlečení is very pleasant to the touch. Spare bed linen can be found in one of the dressers.

Kitchen and Living Room
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and feel at home or like in a cottage. There is a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer for storing supplies. In the kitchen cabinets, you will find plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. If you are missing spices or anything else while cooking, feel free to visit our self-service bar.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are in one space designed for pleasant evenings with family or friends. There is satellite TV with Wi-Fi connection and a comfortable sofa.

Bathroom
The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is equipped with enough toilet paper for the entire stay, high-quality hand soap, and shampoo with shower gel. You will also find a hairdryer and towels.

Smart Storage Spaces
On vacation, it is important to have space to store belongings and luggage. That is why the apartment offers plenty of storage options. We focus on functionality and ergonomics, combining closed storage (for indoor items) with open storage (for airing and drying damp clothes). Bicycles or skis can be stored outside the room in a ski/bike storage room.

Upon request, we will be happy to prepare a baby cot, bathtub, or high chair. You can also choose the type of parking according to your needs.
