A large two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and, thanks to its 50 m² size, is suitable for accommodation with small children as well as groups of friends.
Access to the children's playroom is included in the price of accommodation.

Room Facilities
The modern single-floor apartment features a separate bedroom with high-quality beds, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also included.
For your comfortable sleep like in a castle, the apartment offers:

• 2× single bed 90×200
• 1× extra bed on a sofa bed 140×200 in the living room

High-quality sleep is essential for perfect relaxation, which is why all beds in the apartment are custom-made. The comfortable extra beds were purchased from Ikea. Mattresses and bedding come from high-quality Czech manufacturers.

Tall, breathable mattresses with 7 anatomical zones from Tropico ensure that you wake up refreshed and ready for new adventures.

Hypoallergenic, soft, and warm bedding made of hollow fiber from Brotex provides comfort for a pleasant sleep in both winter and summer. Bed linen made of 100% smooth cotton from Ložní povlečení is very pleasant to the touch.

When staying with children, anything can happen. In case of an accident, spare bed linen can be found in one of the dressers.

Kitchen and Living Room
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and feel at home or like in a cottage. There is a kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer for storing groceries. The kitchen includes plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. If you are missing anything, you will find a self-service bar on the 1st floor.
The living room and dining area are part of the kitchen and are equipped to provide a pleasant space for spending evenings with family or friends. There is satellite TV with Wi-Fi connection and a comfortable sofa.

Bathroom
The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is equipped with enough toilet paper for the entire stay, high-quality hand soap, and shampoo with shower gel. You will also find a hairdryer and towels.

Smart Storage Spaces
On vacation, it is important to have space to store your belongings and luggage. That is why you will find plenty of storage options. We focus on functionality and ergonomics, combining closed storage (for indoor items) with open storage (for airing and drying clothes). Bicycles or skis can be stored outside the room in a ski/bike storage room.
