A large two-room apartment on the 1st floor offers a total area of 50 m².
It is suitable for stays with small children or groups of friends.
The price of your stay includes access to the children's playroom.

Rooms
In the modern apartment, you will find a bedroom with high-quality beds, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are separated by doors, so children can sleep in the bedroom while you enjoy the living room without disturbing them. A bathroom with a shower is also included.
For a comfortable sleep fit for a castle, the apartment is equipped with:

• 1× double bed 180×200 cm
• 2× single bed 90×200 cm
• 1× sofa bed 140×200 cm in the living room

High-quality sleep is essential for complete relaxation, which is why all beds in the apartment are custom-made. You don’t have to worry about squeaky beds or them collapsing under you. The sofa bed was chosen from Ikea, but it is also very comfortable.

Mattresses and bedding come from trusted Czech manufacturers. The tall, airy mattresses with 7 anatomical zones from Tropico ensure that you wake up fresh and ready for new adventures.
- Hypoallergenic, soft, and warm bedding made of hollow fiber from Brotex provides comfort for a pleasant sleep in both winter and summer. Bed linen made of 100% smooth cotton from Ložní povlečení feels very soft to the touch.

When staying with children, anything can happen. For emergencies, spare bed linen is available in one of the dressers.

Kitchen and Living RoomThe fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and feel at home or at a cottage. There is a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer for storing groceries. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, and cooking utensils. If you forget spices or other ingredients, a self-service bar is available on the 1st floor.The living room and dining area are part of the kitchen, designed for enjoyable evenings with family or friends. There is satellite TV with Wi-Fi connection and a comfortable sofa.

BathroomThe bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, with enough toilet paper for your entire stay, high-quality hand soap, and shampoo/shower gel. A hairdryer and towels are also provided.

Smart Storage SpacesOn vacation, it’s important to have space to store belongings and luggage. That’s why there are plenty of storage options. We focus on functionality and ergonomics, combining closed storage (for indoor items) with open storage (for airing and drying clothes). Bikes or skis can be stored outside the room in the ski/bike storage area.
